1 clove of garlic minced
1-2 limes juiced

1 T kosher salt

1 cup good mayonnaise
1 chipoltle pepper in 1/4 cup adobe sauce( you can substitute 1/4 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce)
4 bakery quality hamburger rolls
