1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
tortilla chips or a french baguette cut into 1/8 slices (for dipping)
