1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup  (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
5   eggs
1 pkg. (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
2 tsp.  vanilla
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  Powdered sugar (optional)
