1 pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
