  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 75g (1/2 cup) Ocean Spray craisins
  • 75g (1/2 cup) pistachio kernels, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
