  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 small fresh red chilli, finely chopped
  • 250g chicken breast fillets, diced
  • 250g pork fillet, diced (optional)
  • 4 cups combined chopped vegetables: capsicum, beans, mushrooms, celery, corn, peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
