(Made with REAL WHOLE Homogenized milk…NONE of that 1 % or 2% CRAP…Give up something else NOT WHOLE MILK)
A buttered vegetable (Cut green beans, or sweet peas or corn or beets)
Fresh cut slices of ripe tomatoes on a bed of lettuce leaves..Very little salt and pepper.
Fresh cleaned scallions, bell pepper slices, radishes
Cucumbers slices in apple cider vinegar..sprinkled with fresh ground black pepper
Hot brown and serve rolls
