- 2 Tbsp orange zest (about 2 medium oranges)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (about 1 small lemon)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
