- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Raisin , soaked in cognac for at least 2 hours
- 1/2 cup Dried Cherry
- 6 oz Semisweet Chocolate , cut into chunks
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon , ground
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg , ground
