Corn, 1 cup, fresh or frozen
Red bell pepper, 1, seeded, cored and chopped
Limes, 1, zest and juice
Chives, 5 6, for garnish
Chicken broth, 2 ½ cups
Seasonings:
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Ground cumin, 1 tsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp
Sea salt, ½ tsp
Fresh ground black pepper, ¼ tsp
