Bill Granger's 5 Spiced Pork With Hoisin, Broccoli, & Onion

Ingredients

* For the marinade:
2 teaspoons of cornflour ( cornstarch )
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of Chinese 5 spice powder
2 pork leg steaks, about 300 gr, cleaned & cut into litlle pieces
3 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled & finely cut into thin strips
300 gr of broccoli, cleaned & cut into florets, precooked or pre steamed for about 3 to 5 minutes until al dente
4 spring onions, cleaned & cut into rings
2 tablespoons of light superior soy sauce
3 tablespoons of chicken stock
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of peanut oil
Thai Jasmine rice, for 2 persons, I used 125 gr
