Finely grated lemon zest 2 tbsp (10 ml)
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 tbsp (25 ml)
Water 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml)
Confectioner's sugar (icing sugar), sifted 2 tbsp (15 ml)
