Ingredients
30g butter;150g sliced onions (do not cut them too thin, they should not disappear in the sauce);
15g flour;
300ml of milk (better if at room temperature);
1 small bay leave (optional);
1 allspice berry (optional);
1 small pinch of nutmeg;
1 pinch of cayenne;
50g Old Amsterdam chopped finely;
1 tsp of nigella seeds;
1 spring onion, the white sliced while the green julienned;
Salt and pepper;
150g short type pasta (penne, maccheroni etc).
