1 kg flour, plus extra for kneading if necessary
1 ½ cups lukewarm water
½ cup lukewarm milk
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package (7 g) dry yeast

For the Filling:

1 cup pesto
1 cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
