INGREDIENTS:1 bag Al dente Egg Fetuccine noodles(12oz)
1/2 of a yellow bell pepper
1/2 of a green bell pepper
1/2 of a red bell pepper
1 pint grape tomatos
4 corn on the cob or 1/2 cup corn(Cut off cob if using corn on the cob)
1 cup-pearl onions( cut in half)
4 heads of garlic
Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water or vegetable broth
Season to taste
1/2 to 1 cup toasted almonds(optional)
2 TBSP-parsley
*Butter
*Olive oil
