1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
2 cups oil for frying
