1 red bell pepper (1 cup cut), cut in bite size pieces

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil
