Ingredients:* 1/2 pound ripe tomatoes, seeded ( I used the baby tomatoes)
* 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Some freshly ground black pepper
* 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
* Some Mozzarella Cheese ( I used the shredded one)
* 1 medium baguette, French or Italian bread cut into 1/2 inch slices.
