Ingredients:200g Minced pork
10-12 Medium prawns - shelled, clean and cut to small cubes, season wth a dash of salt and pepper
2 packet Frozen oysters - wash quickly under running water and drain
100g Chives or spring onion - cut finely
Season minced pork with 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp cooking oil and set aside.

350ml water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Cooking oil
100g Plain flour
100g Self raising flour
50g Rice flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
