9 pieces of taufu pok - cut/slit into two and remove those little bits of white taufu pieces inside.For The Stuffing
40g minced chicken
1 tsp cornflour
2 stalks of coriander leaves (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
For The Dipping Sauce
1 red chilly
1/2 inch ginger
3 garlic
** all these ingredients to be chopped
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
