Ingredients
300g lamb (cut into chunks or bite pieces with the skin on)1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp grounded/pounded ginger
Mix all these ingredients together
Other Ingredients
3 medium size potatoes (abt 400g) - cubed
1 large onion (abt 100g) - sliced
2 tbsp L & P Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried mint leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 1/2 tsp all spice powder
1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp paprika powder
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
