Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

3 pounds boneless pork butt
1/4 Cup real maple syrup
1 Tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon dried marjoram
2 Teaspoons dried thyme
2 Teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 Teaspoon granulated onion
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
1 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Helpful Equipment:
Food processor or meat grinder or just have your butcher do it for you.

I Use A Boneless Pork Butt (shoulder) And A Lot Of Spices With Some Maple Syrup To Make A Delicious Breakfast Sausage Recipe.
