Ingredients
1/2 Gallon of pasteurized, non-homogenized milk. Whole milk works best, but you can use any milk.
1/2 Cup yogurt with live cultures.
Optionally: You can stir in a bit of vanilla or fruit after the yogurt is made.
Helpful Equipment:
Crockpot (A good one that's well insulated and has a "warm" setting is ideal)
A Thermometer (very important)
Cheesecloth if you want it thicker
