The Argentine Burger


1 pound grass-fed chuck, ground
1 Cup parsley
1/4 Cup cilantro
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano
1/4 of a red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 Teaspoon hot paprika
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 Cup olive oil
6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper

Helpful Equipment:
Food Processor (for grinding the meat and for chimichurri).  If you want to make the chimichurri by hand, you can maybe use a blender or just mince everything really finely.
Cast Iron Skillet (or a grill of some sort)


Ground Chuck Burger Topped With Monterey Jack Cheese And A Spicy Chimichurri Sauce. Served With Homemade Chips.
