Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups half-and half (I used 50% milk and 50% cream)
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Egg yolks
- 1 Ripe mango, or 1 1/2 Cups mango puree
- 1 Mango for garnish
