1 Teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for cooking
8 thick slices of bread

Whipped Cream:
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 Cup mascarpone (or ricotta I guess)
1 Tablespoon honey

Helpful Equipment:
Cast Iron Skillet or Griddle

Description

I Use Almond Extract Instead Of Vanilla For My French Toast And Also Make A Honey Whipped Cream To Go With It. Good Stuff.
