Ingredients

5-6 small to medium zucchini or squash
1 pound penne pasta
4 large egg yolks
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
8 slices (or more if you want) of thick bacon
Few sprigs of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
