1/3 Cup fresh parsley, minced
4 fresh bay leaves, minced (opt., but really good)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon fresh oregano, minced (or 1 Tablespoon dried)
1 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Pinch of salt
