3/4 Cup sugar
3 Cups warm water
3 large eggs
3/4 Cups olive oil
6 Cups all-purpose flour (plus extra)
1 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
3/4 Cups oat flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons salt
2-3 Tablespoons fresh herbs, diced (I like rosemary and oregano)
Butter for shaping rolls and melted butter for brushing rolls
