Banana Walnut Waffles

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Cup oat flour (sub for your favorite flour)
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
3 Eggs
2 Cups milk or buttermilk
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
Pinch of salt
1 banana, mushed up
1/2 Cup walnuts, crushed
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds

Helpful Equipment:
A Waffle Maker obviously! (This is the model I'd probably get today if I had to replace ours.)
