1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (110 grams) dark brown sugar

4 tablespoons (57 grams) unsalted butter, cut into pieces

1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
