Ingredients

  • 1 whole pumpkin
  • 1kg carrots, unpeeled and chopped into 3-4 pieces
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • About 3-4 litres chicken stock
  • 1 cinnamon quill about 10cm long
  • 2 bunches fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 large can coconut cream
  • Plain yoghurt to serve
  • Olive oil
  • Faked Salt and freshly ground black pepper
