Ingredients
- ¼ cup lemon juice or vinegar (white, balsamic, herb infused etc)
- ½ - ¾ cup oil (use olive, vegetable, nut or a seed oil)
- Flaked salt, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Description
I Always Make This Vinaigrette In Bulk And Have It Sitting In My Fridge For When I Need It. Refrigerated It Will Keep Almost Indefinitely And If You're A Big Salad Eater, It Pays To Make A Large Batch.
