Ingredients
- Boiled Rice for 6
- 1 qty each of the Dipping Sauces for Asian Recipes
- 1 qty each of the Marinades for Proteins
- 1 qty Mushroom Stock for Steamboats
- 300g beef fillet steak, sliced
- 300g chicken tenderloins, sliced
- 300g pork fillet, sliced
- 700g squid (calamari), cut into rings
- 12 king prawns, raw
- 400g white fish
- Various Asian greens washed, tough parts of stalk removed, and cut into 10cm lengths (e.g. Chinese cabbage, hearts of cabbage (choy sum), spinach or lettuce)
- Button mushroom, sliced
- Cellophane noodles, soaked for 20 minutes in warm water, then served into bowls for each guest
- 1 bunch scallions, cut into 10cm lengths
- Fish sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Large red chillies, finely sliced
- Lemon wedges for serving
