Poached Fruit

Ingredients

  • Enough Sugar Syrup to cover the amount of fruit you're poaching
  • Fruit for poaching (wash all fruit first in warm water)
  • Apples, pears should be peeled, cored and quartered (or can be left whole)
  • Peaches, apricots, plums, peel and remove the stone then cut to even size pieces
