- 215g (1 cup) sushi rice
- 375ml (1 1/2 cups) cold water
- 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbs caster sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x 185g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
- 2 tbs good-quality mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
- 4 nori sheets
- 100g green beans, topped, steamed
- Soy sauce, to serve
