Tuna & Green Bean Sushi

Ingredients

  • 215g (1 cup) sushi rice
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) cold water
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs caster sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 x 185g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
  • 2 tbs good-quality mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 100g green beans, topped, steamed
  • Soy sauce, to serve

Description

Tuna & Green Bean Sushi - When I Moved Out Of Sydney I Missed My Sushi Rolls For Lunch. Then I Discovered How To Make Them Myself. They Make A Great Family Meal, As You Can Vary The Ingredients. (Photography By Ben Dearnley)
