  • 3/4 cup beetroot puree, (recipe included), 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup plain flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1 tspn. baking pdr., 1/2 tspn. baking soda, 1/2 tspn. white vinegar, 1/4 tspn salt, 2 eggs, at room temperature.
  • Beetroot puree:
  • MUST WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING, AS HANDS WILL STAIN.
  • 1 bunch beetroot, water.
