  • 4 cloves, grated
  • 5 red chilies, finely chopped (can be reduced to suit)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce or chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Coriander for decos.
