  • 115g cooked ham, cut into 1.25cm pieces
  • 1 (227g) tin pineapple chunks, juice reserved
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 150g frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
