Julian's Goulash

Ingredients

  • 30g butter
  • 3 onions, cut into thin slices
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • water
  • 6 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2kg stewing steak

Description

This Goulash Recipe Is My Standard Dish When I Have Guests. I Usually Serve It With Pasta And Colourful Vegetables So That The Plate Is Very Bright. The Next Day When It's Been Warmed Up, The Stew Tastes Even Better.
