- 3/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken stock granules
