  • 135g Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 60g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 225g butter, melted
  • 450g filo pastry
