Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets, pounded to 5mm thickness
  • 115g Swiss cheese, such as Gruyere or Emmental, sliced
  • 115g thinly sliced ham
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 5 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs

Description

Pounded Chicken Fillets Are Rolled Together With Ham And Swiss Cheese, Before Being Coated In A Seasoned Crumb And Cooked In The Microwave. Serve With A Side Salad, If Desired.
