  • 6 (175g) fillets halibut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 good knob unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs
  • 75g (3 oz) blanched almonds, minced
  • 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
