- Custard
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 300 ml (10 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
- To decorate
- 1 tbsp toasted desiccated coconut
- 2 carambola, sliced
