  • grated zest 1 lemon
  • 1 large egg
  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 apple, grated (leave skin on)
  • Summer fruit compote
  • 1/2 small melon
  • 1 red or pink grapefruit
  • small bunch red or green grapes, halved (approx 150g)
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons granular Canderel
