- 1.35kg chicken pieces, cut up
- 285g uncooked brown rice
- 750ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 pitted prunes
- 8 dried apricot

I Was Given This Recipe A Little While Back And It's Become A Family Favourite. The Sweet And Sticky Sauce Goes Incredibly Well With The Chicken And Rice. Absolutely Superb!
