- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- For the Bubble & Squeak:
- 625 g cold leftover corned beef, roast beef, lamb or pork â cut into slices or wide strips
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 30 g butter
- 1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cold leftover cooked green cabbage, chopped
- 4 medium cold leftover boiled potatoes, chopped
