Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sachet (7 g) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) lukewarm water
  • 2/3 cup (80 g) rye flour
  • 2 cups (280 g) plain flour
  • 1/3 cup (30 g) finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)

Description

The Red Pigment In Tomato Juice Gives This Bread Its Sunny Colour. You Could Also Make It In A Bread Machine.
