  • 1 orange
  • 7 ounce bag of prunes
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cloves
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice (optional)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
